First impression, design and page load.
Good design on the front page, everything is aligned in a way where you can find all the information you needed. Good colour coordination as well.
Rating 10
Opening of account.
No obstacle and easy to sign up, although it's quite funny you have to select your own preferred username but with a number "9" infront. Unique sort to say.
Rating 10
Site navigation.
I'm used to selecting sports and type of lines on the left hand corner menu, for Nine.com they have it in the center of the page, and if you want to go back to the previous menu you have to select the back button. Bad taste here!
Rating 8
Deposit and Withdrawal.
Wide arrays of deposit and withdrawal methods, they have restriction though, you can only deposit a max of $1,000 a day up to $6,000 a month. You can however deposit more than that by using bank wire, western union or credit card over the phone.
Rating 9
Sports offered.
Limited sports offered, basically they are more targetted towards US market. NFL, NCAA, MLB, NBA, etc.
Rating 9
Betting option.
Like their sports, the options are pretty much targetted towards US market, basic lines, 1st Half, Half Time, Quater Lines, etc.
Rating 9
Odds offered.
Above average odds, this is where I like them best. You can always managed to find a good price here and there. A good bonus is that you can choose to view the prices in US, UK or EU format!!!
Rating 10
Betting procedures.
Easy, that's all I can say.
Rating 9
Service and support.
Good support and as they are new in the market, they put alot of effort in customer care.
Rating 9
Reliability.
I can't really comment on this since they are pretty new but a good thing is that I haven't heard anything bad about them!
Rating 10
Conclusion:
I like this site, easy navigation, no annoying colors, and best of all good bonuses being offered now and then!
