First impression, design and page load.
Not too shabby design, quick loading pages, quite plain after surfing for a while.
Rating 7
Opening of account.
Easy and without hassle, but they do request for a proof of age if they suspect you to be below 18. Also they have a Live Chat during sign up incase you needed help.
Rating 8
Site navigation.
Point and click, the fast loading is a major +! Their speed doesn't seem to be affected during peak hours.
Rating 8
Deposit and Withdrawal.
Deposits can be made by credit cards, telegraphic transfer, checks, etc. Withdrawal will need a duration of time depending on the method choosen. Further identification process will be required.
Rating 6
Sports offered.
Crowd favorites like Soccer, Horse Racing, Baseball, Basketball, Football, etc. Started offering non-sports even like Politics recently.
Rating 7
Betting option.
Typical market options being offered, straight, parlay, etc. Nothing to suprise you with.
Rating 7
Odds offered.
Average lines, sometimes a bit too low for me. Have to search hard for a value punt!
Rating 5
Betting procedures.
Simple betting procedures, select the lines you want, key in the amount and press the Bet Now button. No problem faced so far.
Rating 8
Service and support.
Not sure why but their help link seems to be having a problem as it doens't load. And it has been like this for quite a while. Doesn't actually give you a good impression does it?
Rating 2
Reliability.
They are one of the older books around, a brand name in Europe so you know you won't be cheated.
Rating 8
Conclusion:
Average book for normal punter but not for the big guys.
