First impression, design and page load.
Very professional design. Although it looks plain, it is a Market Book. What do you expect?

Opening of account.
Very strict account opening here at CityIndex. This is Spread Betting Market Book. They need you to print out an application, fill it out, and send it in with any id you have.

Site navigation.
Navigation is simple. A few links at the top is all that is to it.

Deposit and Withdrawal.
Well it isn't your average sportsbook. Actually it isn't really a sportsbook at all. Depositing can only be done by Credit\Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

|
Sports offered.
None. This is a Market Book meaning you bid on Markets, etc.

|
Betting option.
Bidding is the main Option at CityIndex. There aren't sports too bet, so you don't get a very huge choice.

Odds offered.
Market Odds. Not a huge fan of it. I tried them out only to review it.

Betting procedures.
Bid and that's it apparantly. You need to search markets and be smart at what you do because it is complicated. More complicated than sports betting.

Service and support.
Never used there Phone Support but there Email Support for inquiries was fast at a couple of hours.

|
Reliability.
Not sure at what they use. They probably use something associated with Market Betting, but I really am not sure on this. I heard from someone there security was very high at 256 Bit SSL, so that's some good news.

Conclusion:
I'm not totally into Market Spread Betting, so reviewing this was from my standpoint. Overall the site is nice, just not my type of betting.
