| First impression, design and page load. |
| Really great layout. It is very professional and clean, while the loading time is great too! Almost perfect! |

| Another site that requires you to send in an application. I don't like this type of verification, while it might be more secure maybe? It still allows for more annoyances and many people will disregard this site in an instance because of this. |

| Very nice and easy to use navigation feature. The login is right there so you don't have to go searching for in, and the links are all throughout the top and mid page. |

| They have a few Deposit Options available including Credit and UK Debit Cards, Moneybookers, 1-Pay, Bank Transfer, Irish Laser Card, and Cheque. I have never withdrawn from here before, but they do offer plenty of services to do so, so it should all be fine. |

| Plenty of Support Options available including Phone and Email Support along with Fax and Snail Mail. I haven't personally used there Phone Service because when I tried to get through it was busy? I know a few people that have though and they said it went fine. |

| They don't say what type of Security they use, but they do say they use Antivirus software, along with a Firewall, but my question is. Don't they all use this? Not sure about the Reliability of the site, but when there were deposits I knew about going through they were fine. Maybe adding a Security notice on the site would be better. |

| Another flop maybe? It isn't terrible, just there are more reputable ones out there. I guess if you know people that use the site, it's fine to use. |
