| First impression, design and page load. |
| Loading time is severely slow and the layout isn't too great. My first impression here wasn't too great, and the only reason I tried it out was because I heard that had decent service. |

| Opening an account is easy. Everything is at the top of the site except the homepage where there are links in the middle. |

| Navigation is easy. There isn't much to really navigate too as links aren't really spread out that much. This is probably the best part of the layout. |

| Since there isn't much to really show on this site, the betting procedure is really easy to use. Just enter your bet into the Bet now! button and you're there. |

| Customer service is available every day Monday through Sunday, and they do have Phone Support and Email, along with Fax. |

| SSL Security is available on Bet Class, and all Credit Card Transactions are managed from the 'Bank of Valletta'. While most Sportsbooks use different banks, I haven't really heard of this bank that much. |

| Overall this sportsbook seems a little iffy. I have used them only once, and deposited a decent amount. Everything did go through fine, and when I cashed out they asked for a load of information. I did get the money, but it took a couple of weeks. I wouldn't use this sportsbook again, but it is reputable and does do everything they say they will do. |
