First impression, design and page load.
I wasn't that impressed with the layout at SwapBets. The page loading was pretty fast, but it just doesn't have a book feel to it.
Rating 6
Opening of account.
The main site is always under construction. The sign up is pretty easy when it is up of course. I just don't know why they are never up and running fully.
Rating 6
Site navigation.
There aren't any links on the site! The navigation is easy, since there aren't any.
Rating 7
Deposit and Withdrawal.
Not a lot at all. You can only use Credit\Debit and Bank Transfer. They are disabled for the time being, so it's no help trying to use them. Withdrawing is by Check only.
Rating 3
Sports offered.
Currently they only are supporting Soccer. They offer Tennis too, but it isn't available right now.
Rating 3
Betting option.
For Soccer, they have all the options you could want. The site is never up so betting is very populated.
Rating 4
Odds offered.
Odd's show up nicely in the left window of the site. They are sorted in a table, and are easy to read.
Rating 8
Betting procedures.
Choose your line and bet. There isn't much to really say for this procedure.
Rating 9
Service and support.
I'm not so sure of there service. They do offer Phone, Email, and Fax Support, but I emailed them about a week ago and have yet to receieve a response.
Rating 4
Reliability.
No clue to what they use. The site isn't in english so I can't really email them and ask them as they wouldn't understand.
Rating 4
Conclusion:
I don't speak there language, so I can't really tell people of that language how it is. From what I have seen in the site, and I review a lot of sportsbook, it isn't that great. That's just my opinion though.
