| First impression, design and page load. |
| Pretty nice layout. Anyone going to the site will find it has a professional looking layout. The page loading is about average. Nothing too slow or lightning fast. |

| Opening an account isn't all that difficult. There are a few steps involved when doing so, and that gets annoying like I always say, but it is fairly simple and the steps aren't that long. |

| It's a very easy navigation to handle. Nice a clean with everything easy to access. Definitely a top contender in that category. |

| There aren't many deposit options. The only ones I saw were Credit and Debit Cards, and a Bank Account. Using a Bank Account if your card is declined is really easy though and shouldn't cause any problems to anyone. |

| Surprising fact here. They only allow you to give them your phone number so they can call you via a Restricted Number. This seems odd, but makes sense to lower the amount of calls coming in. I can only imagine what they inbox must look like though. Basically you email them with your number and they call you whenever you tell them too, unless they are backed up. There Email Support was fairly fast at around 12 hours. |

| Expekt uses SSL Security to make sure there transactions are secure. I have never had any problems with anything related to my financial information here. |
