Bodog lost its domain

For those who have been having difficulties accessing Bodog’s website for the past few days would have received an email from its founder Calvin Ayre stating that they are having web difficulties and that they are resolving the issues as soon as possible.
The real story behind the down time is actually they have lost their famous house hold domain name and also other Bodog related domain names to 1st Technology LLC for a patent infringement. They were sued for over $48millions and having failed to make an appearance in court, the judge passed the judgment to award 1st Technology LLC all Bodog names and ordered registrars to transfer the names under 1st Technology LLC.
Bodog have launched a temporary site for its customers – NewBodog.com
