Newsflash: King’s cup semi final – second leg: Getafe 4 Barcelona 0!

It was a night of miracles at the Coliseum stadium last night. In the first leg, Barcelona had won it 5-2 and they came into this match very relaxed indeed. In the end they proved to be too relaxed. This was the worst display from Barcelona in a very, very long time. Coach Frank Rijkaard didn’t make that many changes, only leaving out goalkeeper Victor Valdes and young sensation Lionel Messi. But everyone else was there: Ronaldhino, Eto’o, Xavi, etc. A complete disaster of a team. Next season there will have to be a lot of changes because this Barca is now like a limp biscuit.
But Barca’s poor play can’t take away from a devastating Getafe, who believed in the miracle and went out to get it right from the whistle. They have now practically qualified for the UEFA cup (Sevilla will finish in the Champions league zone) and will play Sevilla in the final at Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
