Kansas City vs Chicago White Sox

Todays play is based on a system which is 7-1 so far this year. The system is to play a team that has won 3+ games in a row when playing a team that has lost 3+ in a row. Today that play is the White Sox. You might think Im crazy because earlier this season the Royals lit up Sox starter Jon Garland but there was some bad defense played by the Sox in that game and Garland was frustrated and pitched bad. This should all change today. Now normally I try and stay away from lines that are this high (-250) but the Sox are playing great right now (won 7 of last 8 ) and the Royals are not (lost 8 in a row) so Im gonna go with it.
Sox starter Jon Garland is not off to a great start this season 1-1 13.94 E.R.A. but is there a better team to face to get your season back on track? I dont think so. He has also been good vs. KC in his career (11-5).
Royals starter Jeremy Affeldt is also off to a bad start this year. He hasn’t made it into the 5th inning in either of his first two starts and is sporting a 14.73 E.R.A. and a 2.73 W.H.I.P. Don’t look for any of this to change against the hot hitting White Sox.
Today’s main play is the White Sox with plays on St. Louis (-136) and Chicago Cubs (-122) at very good prices.
