Here we are at Thanksgiving already. It doesn’t seem possible. Today there are 3 games on the schedule, and at first glance there isn’t a whole lot of promise for the games. The Giants visiting the Broncos has the looks of a good game, and I think it will be. But I also expect that at least one of the earlier games will be close too.

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions

Detroit is coming off a big come from behind, last second win against the Browns. The Packers have played a lot better in the last couple of weeks. The Lions will probably be without Stafford and Johnson. That spells doom for them.

This one will be close in the first half but eventually the Packers will pull away. I like the Packers by at least 17 in this one.

Oakland Raiders at Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys have only scored 2 offensive touchdowns in the past 2 games. That’s not good. But overall they’ve won 5 of their last 6 games.

Oakland is an interesting team because they can look like garbage one week and then beat a good team the next week. Last week the Raiders played well. I don’t see them playing well again today. So, I’m going with the Cowboys by at least 2 touchdowns. However, I could see the Raiders keeping this one close. If they do, then the Cowboys are in trouble for the rest of the season.

New York Giants at Denver Broncos

This is pretty much a must win game for both the Giants and the Broncos. The Broncos started off 6-0 and have since gone 0-4. The Giants started 5-0 and have since gone 1-4. There one win came last week against the Falcons in overtime.

The Giants just seem lost and I don’t see them winning this game. I do see the Broncos playing good defense and doing just enough offensively to win this one by about 4 points.
