NFL: Who You Got? (Part 2)

Yesterday we took a close look at what has been decided in the AFC and how I think the AFC will turn out. I took the Colts to beat the Titans and go to the Super Bowl. Now, let’s take a look at the NFC.
This is what we know so far:
1. New York Giants
2. Panthers or the Falcons
3. Vikings or the Bears
4. Arizona Cardinals
5. Falcons or the Panthers
6.
The winner of the NFC South will be the #2 seed. The other team will be the #5 seed or possibly the #6 seed (if the Falcons lose and the Cowboys win).
The winner of the NFC North will take the #3 seed. If Dallas wins they will take the #6 seed. If Dallas loses and Tampa Bay wins then the Bucs will be the #6 seed.
This is how I see it playing out:
1. NYG
2. Panthers
3. Bears
4. Cardinals
5. Falcons
6. Cowboys
That would put the Cowboys visiting the Bears and the Falcons visiting the Cardinals. I like both away teams.
That would then set-up the Cowboys at the Giants and the Falcons at the Panthers. Two games featuring major divisional rivals.
I like the Giants over the Cowboys and the Panthers over the Falcons.
This would set-up the rematch of this past Sunday’s game that the Giants won in overtime. I like the Giants in this game.
But here is the problem I have. This would then set-up an all Manning Super Bowl. How horrible would that be? Like we don’t see enough of the Mannings already.
Say it isn’t so! But it could be so. If I had to choose a team to beat the Giants in the playoffs then I would actually go with the Cowboys. If I had to take another team in the AFC it would be the Titans.
But in a New York Giants vs the Indianapolis Colts Super Bowl I would definitely have to go with the Giants. I just don’t see the Colts stopping the Giants running game.
However, if the Giants lose this Sunday to the Vikings then I think that will change everything. Or at least it could. That would give the Cowboys an easier first round game (at Minnesota) and it would send the Giants into the playoffs having lost 3 of 4.
But then again, the Cowboys might not even make the playoffs.
