NFL: Week 13 Picks (Part Two)
Yesterday we took a look back at the Thanksgiving games and we also looked at the first half of the upcoming games (this weekend).
Now we’re going to tackle the second half of the games.
Atlanta Falcons at San Diego Chargers
How much longer do we have to wait for the Chargers to start playing good football before they are simply deemed a bad team?
This week is pretty much their last chance. And I think they will beat the Atlanta Falcons.
My Pick: The Chargers
Kansas City Chiefs at Oakland Raiders
This is one of those games that nobody really cares about. These are two horrible teams.
The Raiders are at home so we’ll go with them.
My Pick: The Raiders
Pittsburgh Steelers at New England Patriots
This should be a great game. Both of these teams look to be headed for the playoffs. However, they can’t afford to stumble down the stretch.
This night come down to Cassell versus the Steelers defense and Big Ben needing to stay upright against the Pats defense.
I just think the Pats defense is a little too slow and Cassell (fresh off two 400 yard games) will have trouble against the Steelers’ defense.
My Pick: The Steelers
Denver Broncos at New York Jets
The Jets are flying high after their huge win against the Titans. The Broncos are way too inconsistent.
However, I think the Broncos will come to play and the Jets are going to have a major letdown.
But the Jets will pull it out late.
My Pick: The Jets
Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings
This will be a black and blue battle.
I’ll go with the home team.
My Pick: The Vikings
Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans
This is a show down between a slightly underachieving team (the Texans) and a majorly underachieving team (the Jaguars). The Jags will be ready for this one.
My Pick: The Jaguars
