With this week being Thanksgiving, my schedule is going to have to change. There are three games being played on Thursday. So that means I will have to preview those games on Wednesday, discuss what to watch for on Thursday, and preview the rest of the games on Friday and Saturday.

So, today I have to give you my Super Seven. So here we go.

1. New York Giants

The Giants are clearly the best team in the NFL right now. If the Super Bowl were played tonight, I would think the Giants win it by at least 2 touchdowns.

They were without two of their best offensive players on Sunday and they still won convincingly.

2. New York Jets

I said it last week, if the Jets beat the Titans they would slide into the #2 spot. So here they are after roughing up the Titans.

Could we be looking at an all New York Super Bowl. Let’s hope not.

3. Tennessee Titans

Yes, the Titans lost a game. But did anyone really expect them to run the table? I didn’t.

Now they play the winless Lions on Thanksgiving.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers have their problems, but so does every other team from now on.

5. Arizona Cardinals

These last three teams are a bit of a muddled mess.

Yes, the Cards lost pretty badly at home to a wounded Giants team, but they still belong here. They beat the Cowboys. And since the Cowboys are next, the Cards have to go here.

6. Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys are a far different team with Romo. Their offense showed signs of life against the 49ers. Now, we’ll see what happens in a couple days against the Seahawks.

With Romo I could see Dallas being at or near the top of this list. Without Romo, they are at or near the bottom of the NFL. Yet, I haven’t heard any talk of MVP for Romo. Why?

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Yes, the Bucs are 8-3. So why aren’t they above the Cards and the Cowboys? Well, because they lost to the Cowboys when Dallas didn’t even have Romo. Even the Rams were better than that.

See? Don’t argue or I might take them off the list all together. The more I think about it the more I think they don’t deserve to be here.

Yes, I know the media is love with the NFC South but I believe it’s a division full of mediocrity. And anyone who says that division is better than the NFC East is nuts. Dallas and New York easily beat any team in that division. The Redskins could beat every team. And the Eagles… well I’ll stop there.
