MLB: Dodgers Fight Back, Rays and Red Sox Prepare

The Dodgers badly needed a win on Sunday night and they got what they needed.
They scored early and put the game away in order to win the game and claw within one game of the Philadelphia Phillies. But now the Dodgers have to win again.
See, the key to these games in Los Angeles is for the Dodgers to take it a game at a time. They won last night so now they just have to take tonight’s game as another game. Then they need to take the next game the same way. One game at a time.
But the Phillies know that all they need to do is win one game. If they do then they’ll head back to Philly with a 3-2 game lead. That means the Phillies will only need to win one of two games in Philly.
So, the Dodgers really need to win all three games in Los Angeles. And even then the series will still be up for grabs because it will be in Philly where the Phillies will only need to win both games, which they already did once in this series.
Meanwhile, in the ALCS the Rays and the Red Sox are set to do battle again, this time in Boston. The Red Sox did what they had to do in Tampa – they won won of two games. But now they have to try to close out the series in Boston. So they’ll want to win all three games. However, they’ll probably take two out of three and be happy too. That will give them the three games to two lead heading back to Tampa.
As for Tampa Bay, they want to get Game Three so that they can then focus on winning just one of the last two games. If they do that then they’ll head back to Tampa with a lead in the series and just one win away from heading to the World Series.
