NCAA Sports Pick 2 of 2

Ok, let’s get right into the second NCAA basketball selection for today. The game is tipping off at 9:55 pm PST and is between Gonzaga and UCLA. This is going to be one great game to watch. It’s really put or shut up time for Gonzaga. They are 4 point dogs in this game, which is an increase from the 2.5 opening. The public is all over UCLA. Why? Well, each year we hear about a Cinderella team from Washington called Gonzaga. Each year they get somewhat deep into the tournament and then run out of steam. Could that happen yet again this year? Perhaps.
This play has nothing to do with the winner though. I am looking at playing the totals line, which is now at 136. This game has the feel of a shootout and it could very well sail over the 136 points. The line has come down some as the public is betting the under—perhaps because Gonzaga Forward F. Morrison has the flu. This is sweet 16 time and I expect both teams to put on a show.
Here are some important stats to think about:
1. Gonzaga scores, on average, 80 points per game and gives up 72.
2. UCLA scores, on average 69 points pr game.
3. These two teams only played against each other once, back in 1999.
4. Gonzaga, in their last game, scored 90 points against Indiana and gave up 80.
NCAA Pick: OVER 136 Gonzaga/UCLA
